Structures
Users can quickly create scale drawings by selecting from an initial palette of common floor plans. By dragging on the wall of a structure one can easily change the dimensions in increments of one inch. Users can add standard size windows, doors and stairways by simply dropping them onto the drawing.

Building Components
The software includes references to electrical items, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, interior components and other standard building components organized within easy to access palettes. Signature Scene™ allows user to add walls, interior doors, stairways, counters and note defects or missing items with the click of a button.

Exterior
Exterior icons include common landscaping components such as sidewalks, fencing, trees, bushes, creeks, mulch beds, firewood and more. Components can easily be resized and labeled with descriptive terms. Outlines can also be create to document underground sprinkler system layouts.

Pest Control
The program includes icons for shelter tubes, insect parts, most types of common insects, small animals, birds and reptiles. Signature Scene™ Can be used to document wood destroying insect damage or provide the location of bait stations in residential and commercial buildings.
