Support & Upgrade Policy

All technical support requests must be submitted via the Technical Support Request form. We attempt to follow up all support requests within 2 hours during normal business hours. Support will be provided via email or phone based on the request submitted. Be sure to include a detailed explanation of your support request and include the number(s) at which you can be reached.

Annual Maintenance and Live Support
New Image Software utilizes GoToAssist® software for our Live Help support. During each interactive session, our support technician will guide you through setup and training issues just as if they were with you in your office. Your support & maintenance (upgrade) features include:

* Unlimited Live Help and FREE Software Maintenance for 90 days (data conversion priced separately).
* After 90 days Live Help may be purchased for $39 per 15 minute session.
* OPTIONAL Software Maintenance may be purchased monthly starting 90 days from your purchase date (includes FREE email support).
* All support requests are submitted through our online support ticket system.
